This project by Chiara McCall was based in Bedford around the local community and how they are handling the recent lockdown regulations. She has documented this project by having people stand in their windows as a family and capture fun and realistic images of the family’s. I chose to look in McCall’s work as it was based on lock down the same as me, however, took a completely different approach to isolation.
From her work I really loved her use of composition and the way in which she cropped her images really making use of what she was around her. What I will take from this is how she approached taking the images and how she has made a project with consistency throughout her photos. This is something that I plan to incorporate within my photos, as consistency with the images is vital for a story line to make sense. Overall I really liked her images and the story behind them as it is very current and an excellent source to refer back to.
